On the IELTS course, we were given an assignment for each Task 1 and Task 2 in writing every week … It is an opportunity to think logically about the problems of modern society … I really appreciated the teachers’ very clear and inspiring lessons.

Student Support & Handbooks
Our student handbooks are the documents every student needs to read before they begin their course with us in Norwich.
The handbooks contain information such as the school’s contact details, who’s who in the office team, course prices, accommodation details and much more.
There are two different handbooks, one for students who are over the age of 18 and one for students who are under the age of 18. Please make sure you read the correct handbook, dependent on the student’s age.
You can click the links below to download PDF copies of each handbook or view them here on our website.
On your first day, an orientation session will make sure you have all you need to get started on your learning journey.
You will be issued with a student ID card which can be used to receive student discounts on various goods and services throughout the UK.
Our friendly office staff are happy to provide advice on UK bank accounts, NHS registration, examinations, applying for university courses, visa issues, council tax, police registration, library cards and any personal issues you may wish to discuss.
You will also be given the school emergency telephone number.
If there is something that you need to discuss with us, please come to the office and speak with one of our team.
