We offer a comprehensive range of student services designed to support your studies, making sure your experience with us is a comfortable and rewarding one.

Student Support:

On your first day, an orientation session will make sure you have all you need to get started with your studies. You will be issued with a student ID card, which can be used to receive student discounts on various goods and services throughout the UK.

Our friendly office staff is happy to provide advice on UK bank accounts, NHS registration, examinations, applying for university courses, visa extension, council tax, police registration, library cards and any personal issues you may wish to discuss.

You will also be given an emergency telephone number.

If there is something that you need to discuss with us you can follow our complaints procedure.

Common Room:

The school has a good-sized Common Room full of student resources. The room includes Wi-Fi, a variety of board games, table football, table tennis, gym equipment and hot and cold drinks. On Fridays, leaving ceremonies are held for students who have finished their course.

Study Resources:

The school has a wealth of materials from study books and educational resources to novels and travel guides which students may borrow. Materials are labelled according to the English level required and teachers can help you choose a suitable book. A room is free in the afternoon for reading and self-study. There is an IT suite upstairs which has computers with free internet.

Social Activities:

Each week the school organises a social activity, providing a great opportunity for students to make new friends and visit interesting places. Activities include pub nights, cinema visits and sports. Every month we arrange a trip outside Norwich to places such as London, Cambridge and the Norfolk coast. We hold fun parties for seasonal occasions such as Halloween and Christmas. We welcome suggestions for new social events and activities.
